The high and medium temperature cold storage generally choose 10cm Thick slabs, low-temperature cold storages and freezing cold storages generally use 12cm or 15cm thick slabs; the other can be sprayed and foamed with polyurethane, and the material can be sprayed directly into the built brick or concrete warehouse, which is moisture-proof and Insulation. The thermal insulation materials include polyurethane and polyphenylene resin. Polyurethane does not absorb water and has better heat insulation, but the cost is higher; Polyphenyl has strong water absorption and poor heat insulation, but the cost is lower. The structure of modern cold storage is developing towards assembly type, and it is made into the structure of the storage body including the moisture-proof layer and the heat-insulating layer. It can be assembled on-site. The advantage is that the construction is convenient, fast, and movable, but the cost is relatively high.
3. The choice of refrigeration system is important to the quality of cold storage.
The choice of cold storage refrigeration system is mainly the selection of compressor and evaporator. The refrigeration system is the core of the cold storage. It is mainly composed of four parts: compression system, condensing system, evaporation system and regulating valve. In addition, there are fans, ducts and instruments, etc. Accessories. The entire refrigeration system is a sealed circulation loop, the refrigerant circulates in the sealed system, and the supply and the number of times it enters the evaporator is controlled as required to obtain suitable low temperature conditions. 4. Under normal circumstances, small-scale cold storages use hermetic compressors as the main choice
Because of the low power of hermetic compressors, the price is relatively cheap; medium-sized cold storages generally use semi-hermetic compressors; large-scale cold storages use semi-hermetic compressors. When choosing, you can also consider using ammonia refrigeration compressors because of the power of ammonia refrigeration compressors. It is large and can be used in one machine, but installation and management are more cumbersome. In the selection of cold storage evaporator, the high temperature cold storage uses air cooler as the evaporator, which is characterized by fast cooling speed, but it is easy to cause moisture loss in the refrigerated products; medium and low temperature cold storage mainly use evaporating pipes made of seamless steel pipes.
