Duct and ceiling machine maintenance and troubleshooting The air duct machine is the simplest central air conditioning unit. It is divided into small air ducts and large air ducts according to the cooling and heat limits of the unit. Below 10P is called small air duct, and above 10P is called large air duct. The small air duct is divided into ultra-thin series and static pressure series, ultra-thin series is 0 static pressure, with static pressure is divided into low static pressure (30Pa), medium static pressure (70 Pa), high static pressure (130 Pa) Species. The large air ducts are all high static pressure series. Today we take a look at the previous repair case.    1. Leakage of low static pressure duct machine    Project Name: A home appliance exhibition hall in Guangdong    Installed models: low static pressure duct machine    Failure feedback: indoor unit leaks    Prediction of the cause: the water piping of the indoor unit is not smooth, there are foreign objects in the water receiving tray blocking the drain or corroded perforated water leakage; the air outlet frame (aluminum alloy) and the air pipe are not severely connected, causing cold and hot convection to produce condensate and leak water; On-site analysis and processing:    1. The air conditioning unit is turned on for a period of time, and condensation occurs around the air outlet. 2. Check that the air outlet frame of the indoor unit is all made of aluminum alloy. The air outlet of the indoor unit is not connected to the air outlet frame, and there is a gap of about 2cm between the air outlet of the indoor unit and the air outlet frame, and the joint is not tight. Part of the cold water leaks into the ceiling, and the cold water directly cools the air outlet frame, causing the surface temperature of the air outlet frame to be lower than the dew point temperature of the air. When the hot air comes into contact with the surface of the low-temperature air outlet frame, condensate water is generated and dripping occurs.    3. The operation time of the air conditioning unit exceeds 1h, and a large amount of water leaks from the ceiling (just below the indoor unit). Check the return air inlet of the indoor unit and find that there is no suction filter on the return air shutters and no return air box (large cooling loss). There are plastic bags and other debris sucked at the fan of the indoor unit. There is a evaporator surface on the return air surface. A thick layer of mud ash and mud in the drip tray close to 1.5cm thick block the drain port, causing the unit to drain smoothly and leak.   Treatment measures: deal with the gap between the air outlet frame and the air outlet of the unit to make it tightly joined without leakage. The aluminum alloy surface around the air outlet frame is pasted with flocking cloth to isolate the hot air from the aluminum alloy surface and eliminate condensation. Clean up the mud and other debris in the water receiving tray, dredge the drain pipe, and the fault is eliminated after the rectification of the return air inlet project.    2. Poor cooling effect of low static pressure duct machine    Project name: a seafood hotel    Installed models: low static pressure duct machine    Fault feedback: poor cooling effect    Prediction of the reason: the type selection is too small, caused by the quality of engineering installation On-site analysis and processing: the external residual pressure of this model unit is 70Pa (that is, the air volume is large and the air supply distance is long). After the unit is turned on, the unit's return air outlet produces a "whistling" obvious return sound, and the measured noise value is 59 decibels. The noise of the air conditioner seriously affected the office environment, and the users were quite dissatisfied. Check the supporting engineering installation of the indoor unit. The unit adopts the downward air return method. The air duct is not connected to the indoor unit return air outlet. The air outlet and the air outlet frame are connected with a 0.5m long air duct. The distance from the ceiling to the ground is 2.2 m. It can be concluded that the installation of the project does not meet the requirements of the construction design and the unit is noisy.    Handling measures: Since the owner has finished the ceiling decoration, it is impossible to replace the indoor unit. The construction party is required to install a return air pipe on the return air inlet, but the static pressure box cannot be installed due to limited space. The capacitance of the indoor motor was changed from 4uF to 3uF, and the high wind and medium wind of the motor were shorted to the low wind gear. After the treatment, the noise of the unit was reduced from 59 dB to 46 dB, and the user accepted the noise result after the treatment.    5. Indoor unit leaks   Project name: An electronics factory in Shenzhen    Installed models: 7 sets of 5P ceiling machine    Failure feedback: indoor unit leaks    On-site analysis: users call for feedback and report that multiple units of the project have intermittent water leakage, and one or two units are leaking at both ends in three days. Sometimes the amount of water leakage is more and sometimes less. In view of the uncertainty of the cause of the leakage, the factory sent technicians to the project site for analysis and treatment. Turn on the unit, the indoor unit is turned on normally, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet air is more than 9℃, the fins at the shunt capillary of the evaporator have frosting phenomenon, and the frost becomes thick ice with time, resulting in the phenomenon of interval water leakage. The inner ring is 26°C and the outer ring is 31°C. Check the operation of the outdoor unit and find that the low-pressure side stop valves and connecting pipes of the 6 outdoor units are seriously frosted. Test the low-pressure side pressure of the unit. The pressure value is about 0.26Mpa. The lack of fluorine in the unit causes low evaporation temperature and frost on the evaporator. Fill the unit with refrigerant. The maximum pressure on the low-pressure side only rises to 0.35Mpa, and the current on the fluoride side increases. It is suspected that there is a problem with the connection pipe. Checked and found no abnormalities. The leak detection of the unit found that the spool of the low-pressure shut-off valve of the outdoor unit did not hit the most open and there was a micro-leak, and the spool of the fluoride nozzle had a micro-leak. The other 5 units are of the same kind. Treatment measures: lock the valve core in the place where there is a micro leakage, and then lock it with a sealing rubber gasket in the nut to effectively prevent leakage, or directly replace the qualified globe valve; ensure that the system pressure of the unit reaches above 0.35Mpa and the pressure reaches Above this value, frost will not form under normal circumstances; the motor of the indoor unit is replaced to increase the air volume of the internal unit and improve the heat exchange effect.
