   1. Check the stability of voltage and current

   When the air-cooled chiller works normally, the voltage is 380V (the voltage of DYJ-01A~DYJ-02A is 220V, and the voltage of other regions abroad also has 410V, etc.), and the current is normal within the range of 11A-15A;

  2, check whether the refrigerant has decreased

   This can be judged by the high and low pressure gauge values on the front of the air-cooled chiller. When the chiller is operating normally, the high pressure is 11-17kg, and the low pressure is 3-5kg. In shutdown state, both high pressure and low pressure are around 0.6kg;

  3, regular cleaning system

When the air-cooled chiller is running for 6 months, the entire system, such as pipes, filters, condensers, fans, etc., must be cleaned, especially the fans. Like our commonly used fans, dust will affect heat dissipation, so the cooling efficiency will Directly lower.

  1. The air-cooled chiller does not need to be equipped with additional water pumps, cooling towers, and cooling towers to make up water. The water system is clean and easy to use. It has advantages in water-scarce areas, super high-rise buildings, and occasions with high environmental requirements.

  2. Air-cooled chillers use air as the cooling medium, and the air density is small, and the specific heat capacity is small. Under the same heat, the required air volume is large, so the heat exchange area is large, and the production cost and price are high.

  3. At full load, the power consumption of air-cooled chillers is greater than that of water-cooled chillers. However, when the outdoor dry bulb temperature drops, the power consumption of air-cooled chillers can be greatly reduced.

Generally speaking, according to usage habits, the annual power consumption of air-cooled chillers is not much higher than that of water-cooled chillers. In addition, the cost of equipment maintenance for water-cooled chillers is higher than that of air-cooled chillers. The operation and maintenance cost of the machine may be slightly lower than that of a water-cooled chiller.
