If it is found that there is no mark on the compressor terminal, a multimeter (Rx1 Euro block) measurement method can be used: measure the resistance of the three terminals separately. If the maximum resistance value is measured at the two terminals, the untested terminal is the common terminal ( C), (running winding resistance + starting winding resistance = maximum measured resistance value). After determining the common terminal (C), the common terminal (C) can be used to measure the running winding resistance and the starting winding resistance. (Basic judgment: (C-R) running winding resistance is smaller than (C-S) starting winding resistance).

For the specifications of Hitachi (H833 compressor), the running winding has a larger resistance than the starting winding. Other compressors have lower resistance than the running winding. Winding resistance measurement method:

  ①The resistance between terminal C and terminal R is the main coil winding;

  ②The resistance between the C terminal and the S terminal is the secondary coil winding;

   ③ The measured winding is compared with the specification value, and the error is 0.1 ohm.

Method Two:    If it is single-phase, it is 220 volts, you can use a multimeter to measure the three-terminal resistance. If the three terminals are A, B, and C, then AC+BC=AB, then C is connected to the power line, AC and BC are connected to the power supply and capacitor with the smaller resistance value, and the other end is connected to the other end of the capacitor! There can also be connected directly from the mark next to the compression phase terminal pile, C (common terminal) is connected to the live wire, and R (RUN running terminal) is connected to the zero wire and the capacitor. Connect S (STAR ​​start terminal) to the other end of the capacitor! The 380V is connected directly, if you reverse the phase, you can swap any two wires! Method three: The resistance of the common terminal and the running terminal is the smallest, and the resistance of the common terminal and the starting terminal is larger. The resistance from the running terminal to the starting terminal is equal to the sum of the above two resistances. The capacitor is connected between the running terminal and the starting terminal. The common terminal and the running terminal are connected to the power supply. , FireWire neutral is connected arbitrarily.

  C=Commonality, which is public.

  S=Startup, which is the startup end.

  M=Move (R=Run) is the running end.

  C is the common termination power supply zero.

  S is the starting termination capacitor.

  M is the power supply for running termination. Connect C to the neutral line, do not pass the capacitor.

  R and S are connected to both ends of the capacitor. Pick up casually.

  The compressor can't turn and then just replace R and S.
