Compressor operation requirements The first load operation of the compressor is carried out after the empty vehicle operation and purging are completed. The compressor should be operated according to the following requirements: 1. Gradually turn off the venting or oil-water blowing after driving, and operate for 1 hour at 1/4 rated pressure of the compressor; 4-8 hours at 1/2 rated pressure. 2. 2. The compressor runs under the minimum pressure. After there is no abnormal phenomenon, the pressure must be gradually increased; 3. For large high-pressure compressors, the operating time under nominal pressure shall not be less than 24 hours; 4. During the operation, check the following items: 1. Lubricant pressure, temperature and oil supply. The oil pressure shall not be lower than 1 kg/cm2 before being fed into the distribution piping system. The lubricating oil in the crankcase or the fuselage should be: the compressor with a crosshead must not exceed 60°C. Those without a crosshead shall not exceed 70°C. 2. The compressor runs smoothly, and the sound of all moving parts should be normal. 3. Measure the inlet and outlet water temperature and check the cooling water supply. The cooling water is not allowed to flow intermittently and there are bubbles and blockages. The cooling water drain temperature must not exceed 40°C. 4. The connecting flange parts, shaft seals, intake and exhaust valves, cylinder heads and water jackets, etc. must not leak air, oil or water. 5. The intake and exhaust operations should be normal and sensitive to safety. 6. There should be no looseness in the connecting parts. 7. The measurement of exhaust gas temperature and pressure at all levels shall comply with the requirements of various technical conditions. 8. The heating condition and current value of the motor should meet the regulations. 5. After the operation is completed, dismantle and inspect the following items: 1. Dismantle all levels of gas, the front cover of cylinders at all levels, check the cylinder mirror friction situation, if there are traces of friction, you should find out the reason. 2. Check the friction on the surface of the piston rod, there should be no wear scars and draw. 3. Dismantle all levels of gas cutting, check the fit between the cutting and the cutting body. If there is any crack in the cutting, replace it with spare parts. 4. Check the friction between the cross slide plate and the friction surface of the fuselage rail. 5. Disassemble the connecting rod big head tile and cross head pin, and check the friction condition of the friction surface. 6. Change the lubricant in the fuselage. After the compressor runs for the first time; due to the running-in of the parts and the cleaning effect of the lubricating oil, a large amount of finely divided metal powder enters the lubricating oil. Therefore, all the lubricating oil should be replaced after the machine has worked for 24 hours. After 200 hours of operation, change the oil again. After two replacements, change the oil as required for regular maintenance. In order to make the mating uniform, the first operation must be full of lubricating oil.
