Troubleshooting methods:
1) Check whether the optical cable of the FSSB communication cable is damaged, badly connected, disconnected, etc.
2) Check the amplifier control power supply.
3) This alarm may be brought by other amplifier alarms (low voltage alarm, etc.). Please solve other amplifier alarms first.

1.2 SV0462 CNC Data Transmission Error

Reason for alarm: Due to FSSB transmission error, no data can be received from the control device.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) Check whether the optical cable of the FSSB communication cable is damaged, badly connected, disconnected, etc.
2) Unplug and replug the amplifier control board.
3) Replace the amplifier.

1.3 SV0463 Send Slave Data Failed

Reason for alarm: Due to FSSB communication error, the servo software side fails to receive correct data.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) Check the FSSB parameter settings.
2) Refer to SV0462 for troubleshooting.

1.4 SV0465 Failed to Read ID Data

Reason for alarm: When the power is turned on, the ID information of the amplifier cannot be read.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) Unplug and replug the amplifier control board.
2) Check whether the power-on sequence is correct.
3) Contact the FANUC Maintenance Department.

1.5 SV0466 Incorrect Motor/Amplifier Combination

Reason for alarm: The maximum current value of the amplifier does not match the maximum current value of the servo motor.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) Confirm the FSSB connection sequence and whether the parameter settings are consistent with the actual connection sequence.
2) Check whether the motor code is correct.
3) Use the motor parameter list to check whether the motor code initialization is correct.
4) Check whether parameter P2165 is consistent with the actual amplifier.

1.6 SV0468 High-Speed HRV Setting Error (AMP)

Reason for the alarm: Set high-speed HRV control for a controlled axis of an amplifier that cannot use high-speed HRV control.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) Confirm the motor and amplifier model and order number, and confirm the usable HRV level.
2) If the current HRV level is higher than the configured level, please modify the HRV parameter settings and lower the HRV level.
3) If the current HRV level is not higher than the configured level, please check other relevant HRV parameter settings.

1.7 SV0474 Excess Error (Stop: SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected that the position deviation value during stopping in the n-axis was greater than the set value.

Troubleshooting methods:
Check whether the set values in parameters No. 1839 and No. 1842 are too small.

1.8 SV0475 Excess Error (Move: SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected that the position deviation value during traveling in the n-axis was greater than the set value.

Troubleshooting methods:
Check whether the values set in parameters No. 1838 and No. 1841 are too small.

1.9 SV0476 Illegal Speed Command (SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected that the speed command in the n-axis is greater than the safe speed (parameter No.13821~13824 during position control, No.13826 ~13829 during speed control) during safety monitoring (The safety check request signal *VLDVx is "0").

Troubleshooting methods:
Please make sure to operate the servo within a safe speed.

1.10 SV0477 Illegal Machine Position (SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected that the mechanical position was outside the safety area in the n-axis (outside the setting range of parameters No. 13831~13838) during safety monitoring (when the safety check request signal *VLDVx is "0").

Troubleshooting methods:
Please make sure to operate the servo within a safe area.

1.11 SV0478 Illegal Axis Data (SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected an abnormality in axis data transmission in the n axis.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) When an alarm occurs due to changing the configuration of the servo amplifier, please set the axis number of the servo amplifier (set parameter No.2212#4 to 1, and reset the bit to 0, and then turn off the power to the entire system).
2) When using a multi-axis amplifier, sometimes the alarm may not disappear when the above operation is performed only once. In this case, for the axis that still has an alarm, perform the same operation repeatedly until the alarm disappears.
3) If an alarm occurs under circumstances other than the above, replace the servo amplifier.

1.12 6SV0481 Safety Param Error (SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected an abnormality in the safety parameters in the n-axis.

Troubleshooting methods: Through the safety diagnostic screen to check,
1) Whether the error is too large.
2) Whether the speed is abnormal.
3) Whether the mechanical position is abnormal.
4) Whether the axis number is abnormal.
5) Whether the security parameters are abnormal.

1.13 SV0484 Safety Function Error (SV)

Reason for alarm: The servo detected an abnormality in the safety function in the n-axis.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) The servo or CNC detects that the servo's safety function has not been executed.
2) The safety function test results of the servo are inconsistent with those of the CNC.
3) An exception occurred in a servo CPU test.
4) An exception occurred in a servo RAM test.

1.14 8SV0488 Security Test Over Time

Reason for alarm: MCC off Test has not been completed within the set time (parameter (No. 1946)).

Troubleshooting methods:
Please confirm the MCC contact.

1.15 9SV0489 Safety Param Error (CNC)

Reason for alarm:
The CNC detected an abnormality in the safety parameters of the n-axis.

Troubleshooting methods:
Please refer to SV0481.

1.16 10SV0490 Safety Function Error (CNC)

Reason for alarm: In the n-axis, the safety function of the CNC is abnormal.

Troubleshooting methods:
1) The servo detects that the safety function is not executed in the CNC.
2) The CNC safety function test results are inconsistent with the servo safety function test results.

1.17 SV0494 Illegal Speed Command (CNC)

Reason for alarm: CNC detects that the speed command is greater than the safe speed in the n-axis (parameter No. 13821 ~ 13824 during position control, No. 13826 ~13829 during speed control) during safety monitoring (safety monitoring request signal *VLDVx is "0").

Troubleshooting methods:
Please operate the servo within a safe speed.

1.18 SV0495 Illegal Machine Position (CNC)

Reason for alarm: The servo detects in the n-axis that the mechanical position is outside the safe area (outside the setting range of parameters No. 13831~13838) during safety monitoring (when the safety monitoring request signal *VLDVx is "0").

Troubleshooting methods:
Please make sure to operate the servo within a safe area.

1.19 SV0496 Illegal Axis Data (CNC)

Reason for alarm: CNC detected an abnormality in axis data transmission in the n axis.
