1, vinegar elimination method
After the fish is out of the cold storage, the frost layer on the evaporating tube group should be removed, and the temperature of the storage room should be kept below -50 ℃, and then the vinegar should be used with 50 to 100 grams, because the general cold storage The amount of vinegar used per cubic meter volume is 50~100 grams; then, the vinegar can be sprayed into the warehouse with a sprayer. During this period, the warehouse door must be tightly closed, and the blower must be continuously turned on to make the vinegar fast The volatilization in the warehouse, so that the fishy smell can be absorbed by the vinegar. Usually the cold storage door can be opened after about 4 to 24 hours. After a few hours, the vinegar smell will be blown out of the cold storage by the continuous blast.
2, ozone elimination method
Everyone knows that ozone has a strong oxidizing effect. Using it can not only help us eliminate the peculiar smell in the cold storage, but also stop the growth of microorganisms in it. The use of ozone generator can eliminate the peculiar smell in the warehouse. But one thing worthy of everyone's attention is that if there are foods with a lot of fat in the cold storage, it is best not to use ozone treatment, because this is very likely to oxidize fat and cause rancidity.
3, formaldehyde elimination method
After the goods in the cold storage are moved out, they are disinfected with a 2% formaldehyde aqueous solution (that is, formalin solution), so that the odor in the cold storage can also be eliminated.
