1. Fault 1: External Leakage at Cylinder Piston Rod

Cause 1: The guide sleeve, rod seal ring or piston rod are worn.
Solution 1: Replace it. Improve lubrication. Use guide rails.
Cause 2: The piston rod is damaged and corroded.
Solution 2: Replace it. Remove condensate in time.
Cause 3: There are impurities between the piston rod and the guide sleeve.
Solution 3: Remove impurities. Install a dust boot.
2. Fault 2: Interruption of Cylinder Operation
Cause 1: The limit switch is out of control.
Solution: replace it.
Cause 2: The service life of relay has expired.
Solution: replace it.

Solution: Check and tighten the fastening screw.
Cause 4: Poor contact of electric plug.

Solution: Remove the air from the oil.
3. Fault 3: The Cylinder Moves too Fast
Cause 1: Speed control valve is not installed.
Solution: Install one.

Solution: Replace it with one of the appropriate size
Cause 3: Unreasonable circuit design.
Solution: Use a gas-liquid damping cylinder or a gas-liquid exchanger to make the air cylinder move at a low speed.
4. Fault 4: The Cylinder Moves too Slowly
Cause 1: Insufficient air pressure.
Solution: Increase the pressure.
Cause 2: Excessive load.
Solution: Increase the service pressure or increase the cylinder diameter.
Cause 3: Insufficient opening of speed control valve.
Solution: Adjust the opening of the speed control valve.
Cause 4: Insufficient air supply.
Solution: Find out which element between the air source and the cylinder has too large throttling, replace it with a larger diameter element, or use a fast exhaust valve to exhaust the cylinder quickly.
Cause 5: The friction of cylinder increases.
Solution: Improve lubrication.
Cause 6: The cylinder barrel or piston sealing ring is damaged.
Solution: Replace it.
5. Fault 5: The Cylinder Still work After Termination
Cause 1: Internal or external leakage in the cylinder.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring or cylinder.
Cause 2: Air is mixed in the oil of gas-liquid cylinder.
Solution: Remove the air from the oil.
